Don Bensen of Kruger Bensen Ziemer has overseen the restoration of this farmhouse originally constructed circa 1880. Besides installing a foundation under the existing structure, seismic upgrades were made in a way sensitive to the period architecture. Special clear redwood paneling was milled to match the original. Door escutcheons were cast from bronze and hand rubbed as per original hardware.
